The Best Western Hotel Jens Baggeson is a 3-Star hotel with 4-Star qualities, situated right in the middle of the old part of Korsor close to the harbour and with a wonderful view of the Great Belt Bridge, the harbour and the town. The hotel is equipped to accommodate conferences, meeting, large parties as well as individual guests. Due to its geographical location in the heart of Denmark, it is especially well-suited for conferences with nationwide participation. The hotel, which dates from 1990, is a romantic and cozy place with a certain maritime touch. Originally it was built as a warehouse and served in that capacity for many years. The building was renovated from cellar to attic with due regard to its special architecture and lay-out, such as the old ?gates? for loading and unloading of grain which have been very beautifully preserved as windows in some of the rooms. In the autumn of 2000 an annex was added. A beautiful building which acknowledges the close presence of the sea and the harbour. The building is in a maritime style, replete with a ?lighthouse? in the middle of the roof.
